Dr BR Ambedkar Global Mission’s vision is to Propagation of Buddhism and Ambedkar’s ideology throughout world, continue strive to secure the human rights and protect everyone’s right to life, liberty and security SCs& STs and underprivileged peoples of India.
The Scheduled Castes (SCs) and Scheduled Tribes (STs) are various officially designated groups of historically most disadvantaged people in India. ‘Scheduled Castes’, also known as Dalits are the official name given in India to the lowest caste, considered ‘untouchable’ in orthodox Hindu scriptures and practice, officially regarded as socially disadvantaged. The word “Dalit” means “the oppressed”. ‘Scheduled Tribe’ in India are generally considered to be ‘Adivasi’, literally meaning ‘Indigenous People’ or original inhabitants of India. They comprise a substantial indigenous minority of the population of India.
The educated class among the followers of Dr.BR Ambedkar is a lifelong struggle for securing the rights of Untouchables and Tribals. Hence the philosophy of pay back to the society. When an individual or a community or a class, is a beneficiary of a movement, it must discharge its obligations to the very movement it derived benefits from. Financial and human resources must be generated from within the society. Without resources no movement could be effectively run. Dr BRAGM members are requested to pay back to society by contributing their time and efforts as well as financial support to fulfil the organization’s aims and objectives of the organization.
